Digga TPE - Telescopic Pilling Extension
The telescopic piling and drilling extension effectively increases you reach for added drilling depth and helical pile installation. Engineered for drive heads up to 16,000 ft-lbs, this skid steer mount provides 12ft - 16 ft of ground clearance for helical piers or augers (depending on skid steer size and drive head size). Unique design gives the operator greater range and visibility. Optional transport frame provides maximum stability and compact storage for transport and ease of fitment to machine.

Torq-Pin Torque Monitoring System
Torq-Pin is a revolutionary new torque monitoring and data logging system that can fit all sizes of drive heads. Where conventional differential hydraulic pressure readings can vary in accuracy, the Torq-Pin monitoring system offers true torque readings that are 98% + accurate. Torq-Pin works by simply replacing your current drive head mounting pin. There is absolutely no loss of boom height which can occur with other systems. An inclinometer built into the Torq-Pin ensures that you maintain a consistent angle of installation. The software records important data such as pile number, final torque, peak torque and elasped time. This data can be exported to Excel and transferred by email or memory stick to your engineer / customer.

The Diggalign system is designed for screw pile installation, core barrelling and any other application where drilling accuracy is a must. This system can be easily added to any brand of drive head. Designed to show the operator when the drive head is plumb, it helps to maintain accuracy throughout the installation. It can also be used with a trencher to control the depth of the trench.

Digga Digital Pressure Differential Gauge
This torque monitoring system works off of two sensors. The first sensor is located on the supply line at the entry to the drive head. The second sensor is located on the return line, where the oil leaves the drive head. A micro processor calculates the "usable pressure" between the two sensors, giving a reading which is up to 12-15% more accurate than traditional pressure monitoring readings.

Pressure Relief Valve with Gauge Kit
The pressure relief valve allows the installer to control maximum hydraulic pressure to the drive head. Gauges on the supply and return lines indicate the differential hydraulic pressure across the drive head, providing accurate measurement of pressure / torque for piling & drilling applications.

Digga Ryno Hitch
Designed to make it easier to connect large piles and augers to the drive head. The Ryno Hitch is specifically engineered to handle the torsional loads of screw piling. This hitch allows the excavator operator to cradle the drive head up to a 90 degree angle for easy connection to the pile or auger.
