Build a Complete Screw Pile Installation System
A screw pile drive is only one part of a complete installation system. The most reliable way to configure equipment is to match the carrier, hydraulic pressure and flow, required installation torque, mount, torque-measurement method and pile interface as one system.
This page is for contractors building or upgrading a screw pile / helical pile installation setup. Rev-Pile can help match the installation equipment to your machine and pile system. Foundation design, allowable pile capacity and installation acceptance criteria remain the responsibility of the pile manufacturer and/or project engineer.
1. Screw Pile Drive
Select the drive from the required installation torque and the carrier's hydraulic pressure and flow. Do not select a drive from pile diameter alone.

2. Machine Mount
The mount connects the hydraulic drive to the carrier and must match the machine or coupler. Options include excavator pin-grabber mounts, Bobcat X-Change, Kubota quick attach, skid-steer and telescopic mounting systems.
3. Torque Monitoring
Installation torque is an important field parameter for many screw pile / helical pile systems. Rev-Pile offers direct torque-monitoring equipment including Torq-Hub and Torq Spool systems for multiple drive interfaces and torque ranges.
4. Pile Adaptor / Drive Tool
The final driveline connection must match both the hydraulic drive output and the pile manufacturer's shaft or connection system. Common drive outputs include 2" hex, 2-1/2" hex, 3" hex, 75 mm square and 100 mm square.

5. Alignment & Pressure Control
Depending on the drive, carrier and project, the system may also use HALO alignment equipment, pressure gauges or pressure-relief components.

6. Hoses, Couplers & Hydraulic Compatibility
Verify the carrier auxiliary flow and pressure, hose/coupler arrangement and return-flow requirements before ordering. More hydraulic flow primarily increases rotational speed; available pressure determines torque potential within the drive's rated operating range.
